MY STORY

My work is deeply personal, evolving from my own journey of healing, self-acceptance, and liberation.

For years, I had internal conflict with different aspects of who I was, suppressing parts of myself to fit into a world that couldn’t hold my power. Through shadow work, kink, and somatic integration, I learned to accept and embrace every facet of my being.

Kink became my medicine; a way to explore, heal and surrender to my power. Yoga taught me presence and softness; submission revealed the beauty of vulnerability. Over time, I came to understand that my Domme persona was never something to hide. She was a protector born from trauma, and once integrated, she became my greatest teacher.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Working with me is unlike any therapy session you’ve ever had. It’s deep, playful, emotional, and real. You may laugh. You may cry. But my hope is that you will feel seen, truly seen in ways that most people never experience.

This is a space where healing meets play, and self-discovery becomes art.

I integrate somatic work, breathwork, and movement with psychological tools, creating sessions that honour the body as much as the mind.

My clients describe our work as liberating, empowering, and unforgettable.

I’m warm, grounded, and deeply present. I’ll hold you accountable, but with compassion and humour.

I don’t believe in hierarchy in healing; we meet as equals on your journey.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a speaker, writer, and educator, known for my bold voice and magnetic presence.

I’m the founder of STRUT Masterclass, a global movement teaching women how to own their space, embody confidence, and walk through life with unapologetic power.
